QUO VADIS DAYS

June 22-25, 2023

WHERE ARE YOU GOING?

Calling Young Men – Ages 13-18

Held at Anna Maria College, Paxton, MA

Where are you going? Tradition tells us that St. Peter asked Jesus this very question on the outskirts of Rome. We know where Jesus went in response to His Father’s will. WHERE ARE YOU GOING?

The Lord in His love has a great and wonderful plan for you. Jesus’ plan for some men is to be one of His priests. The priesthood is an indispensable, awesome and beautiful mission. Many of the Church’s greatest saints have been priests. Even though Jesus continues to call young men to this life, sometimes the world we live in makes it difficult to hear His call.

The annual Quo Vadis retreat is a time of recreation, camaraderie, prayer and discussion to help young men better discern God’s calling in their lives.  This retreat is a 4-day overnight camp/retreat that will take place at Anna Maria College this year.  It is being sponsored collaboratively by the Archdiocese of Boston and the Dioceses of Fall River and Worcester.  The cost is $150.

The program will combine talks, small group discussions, Mass, and prayer with a variety of inside and outside activities and games.  It is designed to offer participants a fun and meaningful experience while deepening faith, growing in virtue, and learning about all vocations.

Registration for Quo Vadis Days can be completed through this link: vocationsboston.org/event/8th-annual-quo-vadis-retreat/ or by contacting Fr. Jack Schrader, who is the Associate Director of Vocations and Seminarians for the Diocese of Fall River.  He may be reached by email at frjschrader@diocese-fr.org.
